Acacia Network is one of the largest Latino-led nonprofits in the nation, serving more than 150,000 individuals annually through integrated, trauma-informed services in the areas of health, housing, economic development, social services, and cultural revitalization. Among other services, we provide comprehensive and culturally-responsive substance use treatment and addiction services to youth and adults in the communities hardest hit by the opioid pandemic, including the South Bronx.
The Promesa RRSY Program is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for young men between the ages of 14 through 20 years old. Our integrated clinical approach, which incorporates a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Phase System, supports young men in their journeys to recovery through:

Our program is open to males between the ages of 14-20 (at date of admission) who are in need of chemical dependency services, including justice-involved youth. Our program equips patients to handle life challenges, manage emotions, and navigate relationships. We help youth achieve positive, lasting change through our proven & innovative Promesa Phase System!
Services are provided in English & Spanish, and include options for short- and long-term residential treatment. Pre-admission is required. Contact us today for more information!
