Acacia Network is offering the COVID-19 vaccine and boosters at our primary care facilities and La Casa de Salud Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)! We are currently administering vaccines Monday-Friday from 11:00AM – 4:00PM. Individuals are encouraged to make an appointment, although we are also accepting walk-ins. We have bilingual staff available to answer questions.
