Primary Care
Our Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) serve more than 12,000 patients every year, providing integrated, culturally-responsive care to individuals of all ages.
Behavioral Health
Our Behavioral Care and Addiction Programs include Outpatient Mental Health Services, Outpatient Substance Use Services, Detox & Rehab, and Residential Care.
Affordable & Supportive Housing
More than 4,000 families are housed every year through our affordable and supportive housing portfolio, which spans across New York State.
Homeless Shelters
Acacia Network is one of the largest providers of transitional housing in New York City, serving over 7,500 individuals.
Senior Services
Our affiliate, the Institute for Puerto Rican/Hispanic Elderly (IPRHE), serves more than 2,500 seniors annually.
Education & Youth Development
Our centers serve more than 5,000 families, including 2,600 young people ages 3-18.
Workforce Development
Our affiliate, Seedco, connects thousands of individuals to employment opportunities, professional development, and external resources.
Arts & Culture
Our affiliate, Loisaida, provides year-round arts programming to diverse audiences across the City, and produces the annual Loisaida Festival.
Food Distribution
Our food pantries and soup kitchens provide meals and groceries to thousands of families in need.
