Acacia Network’s vision of healthy communities is deeply connected to quality housing. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment for every individual served. Tenants are part of the larger Acacia Network family and are linked to our healthcare, social services and economic development programs.

As a mission-driven housing developer, Acacia Real Estate Development provides much-needed housing to at-risk populations. In keeping with our commitment to our mission, we ensure that our Affordable Housing Portfolio is in alignment with the integrated health and human services model that our Network provides to the community.

We are also deeply committed to green sustainable design. We build new environmentally-friendly affordable housing developments and rehabilitate properties that are in need of retrofitting and upgrading. With our 1,800 affordable housing units located throughout the Bronx and Upper Manhattan, we are committed to “green” design principles and use sustainable materials in our new construction and renovation projects wherever feasible.
